Mechanization Service

Kegna Trading provides a quality mechanization service to local farmers who are looking for ploughing and harvesting service with reasonable price and with the aim of helping the local farmers to improve their way of farming practices and increase productivity. we use our efficient and effective farming tracktors and combiners and provide service for farmers who require our service in ploughing and harvesting farm lands not less than 5 hectares.

Technical Training Service

Through our exclusive dealer (Gedeb Engineering PLC) We offer quality training service to operators and mechanics. We provide these trainings to selected customers annually and on demand. This training service is aimed at enhancing the technical skill of operators and mechanics who wishes to perform minor maintenance service by their own in times of equipment failure. Operators training is given at both our Shashemene facility and at Gedeb engineering office.

Commercial Farming

At Kegna , we do commercial farming to produce haricot beans, high value vegetables and fruit. We own 500 hectare of farming land located in South Ethiopia, between Shashemene and Hawasa town. Our commercial farming activity will be expected to expand once we secure a market in both Ethiopia and abroad. Currently we are focusing to produce three products namely, haricot beans, vegetables and fruits.
